From 250 to 130! I'm 46 and 5'7. Four years ago, I thought I'd never be able to hike, not in a million years!
My husband and I had recently moved to Yosemite from Palmsprings.
For those that are unfamiliar with Yosemite, it is a scenic hilly region in California. There's lots to do outdoor such as hiking, biking, horseback riding, and much more.
But no matter how much I tried to participate in those events, I knew I wouldn't be able to. Since I weighed 250 pounds at the time. No matter how much yoga and dieting I did, the weight would not budge. I'd sit at home while my family went out and enjoyed the time of their lives admiring Yosemite's natural beauty.
